　　市政绿化公司是天津海泰控股集团有限公司直属的全资子公司，是由华苑盛达园艺、建设和海泰城区物业三家公司整合而成的新公司,承担着园区市政建设、绿化工程、环境美化工作。

　　二、市政绿化公司的功能定位及职责范围
　　功能定位："立足园区，着眼发展，面向全市，走向全国"。在充分发挥和不断提升为园区建设发展综合性服务的过程中，使市政绿化公司在"市政建设、绿化工程、环境维护专业化方面有较快发展，逐步成为一个管理科学、实力雄厚、有品牌特色的现代企业。
　　职责范围：（一）贯彻执行国家有关市政建设、园林绿化、环境卫生方面的政策法令；（二）落实新技术产业园区管委会总体规划和当年市政、绿化、环卫建设计划；（三）实施和管理区内市政公共设施及环境卫生（泵站、路灯、道路清扫等，代行城管、环卫办公室职能）；（四）推动和组织全民义务植树（代行绿化办公室职能）；（五）开拓承揽区内外市政、绿化工程；（六）统计上报各种市政、绿化、环卫统计资料。

　　Tianjin Hi-tech Civil Engineering Administration Landscaping Co., Ltd is a sub-company directly and solely owned by Tianjin Hi-tech Holding Group. It is a newly-built company by the integration of three companies: Huayuan Shengda Garden Company, Huayuan Engineering Company, and Hi-tech Real Estate Company. It carries out the engineering, greenizition, and landscaping work in Huayuan Hi-tech Industry Development Area.

　　Part Two Company Function and Responsibility
　　Function: "Base upon Huayuan Area, Attention on Development, Face to Tianjin City, Head for All over China". During the fully exertion and continuously improvement of the comprehensive service for Huayuan Area engineering, our company has made a quick development in civil engineering, landscaping, and environmental protection and becomes a modern enterprise with scientific management, abundant strength, and its brand characteristics.
　Responsibilities:
　　1. Carry out the national policy and laws on civil engineering, landscaping, and environment sanitation.
　　2. Put the general program and the current yearly plan on civil administration, landscaping, and environment sanitation, made by the Hi-tech Industry Area Management Committee into effect;.
　　3. Execute and manage the public facilities and the sanitation in this Area. It includes pump station, street lamp, road cleaning, etc. on behalf of civil administration and sanitation offices.
　　4. Promote and organize public planting of trees on behalf of the afforestation office.
　　5. Broaden the market of civil and landscaping project inside and outside of Huayuan Area.
　　6. Gather and submit the information of civil administration, afforestation and sanitation.

　　The company is managed by a GM and two Deputy GM. The internal structure is composed by GM office, Business Dept., Planning and Financial Dept., Civil Engineering Dept., Landscaping Project Dept., and Area Estate Dept. We now have 33 employees in all.
